Shipping methods are basically two. By registered mail which will take 2 to 10 working days. Or courier. The latter will take between 24 and 72 hours long depending on the day and at the same time the order is realize.

Returns of products will always be accepted under the following conditions:

In our store products that use batteries are exempt from guarantees beyond 12 months of use in the case of Li-Ion batteries and up to 6 months in the case of Ni-Mh.

Batteries are today not sufficiently advanced to ensure that before a proper use incorrectly, can continue to maintain their initial qualities beyond the time set out above for each type of battery.
