SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
Shipments to mainland Spain: There are basically two shipping methods. By certified mail in which it will take between 2 and 10 business days. Or private messaging. The latter will take between 24 and 72 hours, always depending on the day and time when the order be placed.
Shipments to the Canary Islands: The default method will be Correos. The procedures are highly simplified and facilitated by us at origin with a view to speeding up and facilitating the receipt of the order for the buyer, leaving only the payment of the IGI and customs fees pending buyer charge. Other shipping methods at the buyer's choice will be the different private couriers offered in the menu. As an exception, the shipment of material containing high-capacity batteries will be sent by the Senda Insular company. These shipments are made by maritime transport Barcelona on Thursdays with a transit time of approximately one week from the day of departure.
International Shipments: International shipments will be made using the most convenient company in each case, these are the most common options: UPS, FEDEX, ZELERIS, DHL, SCHENKER, SEUR, MBE…
DELIVERY OF ORDERS:
The courier company will contact the recipient by SMS message to the mobile phone number provided or mail contact. This message will provide all tracking/delivery details. If no one is found at the address provided for delivery, the courier company will proceed to try to agree with the recipient to arrange a new delivery. If the problem persists, the package could be returned to us and new shipping costs could be applied again. In this case, is possible the buyer have to pay the shipping 3 times, the 1st one already paid when the order was placed, the one of return to us and the new delivery one.
Orders sent by certified mail will be delivered through the traditional system of the public company.
Shipping prices will be calculated based on the weight and/or volume of the package and its destination.
RETURNS MAINLAND SPAIN
Returns of products will always be accepted under the following conditions:
Free returns: In the event that the product does not match to the web description, the return costs will be borne by Jonas Dive & Watch, S.L as long as the return guidelines explained by the company are followed.
Size changes in products with a cost over €90 including taxes will also be free of charge
Changes in size Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Round trip shipping costs and customs procedures at the buyer's expense.
Returns by the buyer: If you are not satisfied with the purchase made for whatever reason, always different from the one described above, the return costs will be borne by the buyer. Once the product is received and inspected at our facilities, its condition will be assessed. The product must not have been used and must keep the labels and original packaging, if any. Once the correct state is certified, the amount corresponding exclusively to the returned product will be refunded, in no case the amount corresponding to the postage neither outbound nor return. The shipping method could be any chosen by the buyer. Jonas Dive & Watch, S.L will offer the option of collecting it ourselves in order to facilitate the operation, if the buyer needs it. In this case, the return costs will be subtracted from the total amount of the product(s) to be returned.
The consumer and user will have a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal. Likewise, Jonas Dive & Watch, S.L will have a period of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal to reimburse the totality of the returned products, as long as the previously described guidelines are met.
WARRANTY returns: In case of a warranty return. If the item has a manufacturing defect, it will be sent to the manufacturer. The waiting time will vary depending on the management time that the technical service of each brand has.
Jonas Dive & Watch, S.L undertakes to repair, replace or make the corresponding payment if any of its products suffer from a manufacturing defect, taking into account that the final decision is always made by the manufacturer. In the event of a manufacturing defect, all the costs of returning the product and sending the new product or the repaired product itself, will be borne by Jonas Dive & Watch, S.L as long as the return guidelines offered by the company are followed.
We reserve the right to reject the exchange of the product if the returned item does not meet the conditions indicated in our return policy.
The consumer must inform us of the lack of conformity of the product within 7 days from when he became aware of it through an email that he wishes to return a product. In this way, we will organize the return in the most suitable way. In the event that the problem of said product is not a guarantee, it will be the consumer who pays the possible additional expenses that originate from said return.
WARRANTY Returns Internationals (out of Spain), Canary Islands Ceuta and Melilla: Round trip shipping costs and customs procedures (if were applicable) borne by the buyer.
RETURNS Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and any Countries of Out of European Economic Community:
The rules and conditions applicable to returns will be the same as previously described, in addition to: Due to the complexity of accepting returns from areas treated under the special tax regime or out of European Economic Community, the sender must have managed the customs procedures at origin, with the merchandise being delivered to us without any procedure or fee payment remaining pending. In the event that it is necessary to carry out customs procedures for the receipt of the merchandise, Jonas Dive & Watch, S.L will be free to accept or not carry them out, with the possibility of returning the package. Any additional expense both in the processing and in the hypothetical return, will be charge to the sender. The acceptance or refusal to carry out import customs procedures will be highly influenced by the courier company chosen by the sender. Correos being the most problematic of all of them.

In all other cases, returns will be borne by the buyer, including cases of guarantees and changes in size.

In the products of our store that use batteries, these are exempt from guarantees beyond 12 months of use in the case of Li-Ion batteries and up to 6 months in the case of Ni-Mh batteries.
Batteries are not advanced enough today to guarantee that in the event of improper use, they can continue to maintain their initial qualities beyond the time stated above for each type of battery.
