The Voyager Wing offers 35 pounds of lift, making it ideal for diving steel cylinders in warm water or heavier exposure protection in moderate temperature waters. Featuring an innovative 3D contoured design, these wings hug the cylinder closer than ever before, offering precise lift placement for improved trim underwater and optimized surface flotation. The Voyager Wing is made of a durable 1680 ballistic nylon material with SuperFabric® brand technology side panels for added protection and abrasion resistance. Available in the diver’s choice of rapid exhaust or elbow in 12, 16, or 22 inch lengths. This modular wing pairs seamlessly with the TransPac, TransPlate, or any other metal backplate and harness. Available in Black, OD Green, Blue, Red, and Pink. Made in the USA.
The donut-shape design provides greater stability and control while diving by keeping an even volume of inflation on the top, sides, and bottom. This, along with an integrated Gusset Control System (GCS) that reduces “taco” effect and promotes effective streamlining, puts buoyancy where it is most needed (throughout the torso supporting the weight of the tank) for superior horizontal trim. The GCS is not like a bungee wing because it does not restrict airflow; instead, the GCS promotes added streamlining and buoyancy control, yet allows the wing to inflate to its full capacity. Even floating on the surface, the Voyager Series wings excel by keeping the diver in a vertical position when used in conjunction with a harness and crotch strap; it won’t tip you over.
Divers may choose from our durable 1680 ballistic nylon EXP material, available in 5 different color combinations. The Travel EXP is further enhanced with a heavy-duty, 210 denier nylon laminated bladder. They are backed by our WORRY-FREE LIFETIME GUARANTEE and are made exclusively in the U.S.A.
As a part of our modular BCD system, it can be matched with either a TransPac® XT, Transplate or any metal backplate and webbing harness.
