This regulator features an ultra-lightweight and compact design to minimize jaw strain, even on extended dives. Paired with our hyperbalanced diaphragm system MC11 SC, it provides powerful, smooth breathing for any water environment around the world - even under ice. This first stage is a dry sealed, cold-water suitable hyperbalanced diaphragm system, power-packed into an ultra-compact size. In order to achieve extremely high performance in low temperature environments, the ZEN PRO second stage in particular was designed with the special thermoconductive thermoplastic neopolymer that has the capacity to transfer heat like a metal while preserving the chemical resistance and physical and mechanical properties of a conventional thermoplastic. This makes it possible to drastically reduce the weight while delivering heat conductivity on par with metal regulator cases. Thanks to this material and a specially conceived purge valve, it passes the strict EN250 cold water tests.
