The Halcyon Symbios Handset Dive Computer and tank POD deliver exceptional power and functionality in a compact, slim, user-friendly design with air integration. The Symbios will work up to 9 tank PODs!

The Symbios Handset, similar to the Symbios HUD, is the core of Halcyon’s Symbios Technology, an ecosystem designed to enhance your diving experience with advanced features and prepare you for today’s adventures and tomorrow’s challenges.

The Symbios is a multi-gas dive computer utilising the ZHL16-C algorithm with adjustable gradient factors, accommodating up to five gases for Open Circuit diving, fixed or integrated CCR, Integrated Sidemount, and Gauge modes.

Depth-rated to 120 metres, the Symbios operates on a rechargeable Li-ion battery, providing up to 30 hours of runtime with five brightness levels. The unit also displays the normal maximum average for any dive, CO2 levels, and the CNS and OTO accumulations, along with the gradient factor.

The handset uses "checksums" to isolate the potential for corrupt data. Symbios Technology reduces risk even compared to wired connections, where a corroded wire with high resistance sends compromised data.

The Symbios handset also gives you seamless rebreather integration. It effortlessly connects with the Halcyon Symbios Rebreather and is future-ready for wireless integration with an expanding range of rebreathers.

The set fulfils all EMC requirements and is FCC and CE compliant. 

Moreover, with the Symbios, you can even monitor your dive buddy's rebreather data or other available parameters, such as gas supply for paired transmitters.

The Halcyon Tank Pod is not only a wireless tank pressure transmitter, but also contains advanced positioning technology, allowing you to receive real-time information about your trim position in the water. The Tank Pod may be used on any first stage to transmit tank pressure and/or trim position to your Halcyon Symbios computer. Using a Halcyon Symbios computer you can also read the pressure of nearby dive buddies. When not using the trim position feature, you can easily rotate the battery, and the unit will only transmit tank pressure data.
