Over many years of SPHERA's legacy, the Aqua Lung design team has carefully studied the specifications of freediving equipment and sought the optimization for this mask with reduced internal volume. Thanks to the inputs of professional freedivers, the successful technologies used in other Aqua Lung masks have been used and combined to obtain the most suitable face geometries and frame characteristics. For 2020, Aqua Lung is proud to launch a completely new SPHERA X mask that features a new material and a new geometry of the silicon facepiece, an attractive and light frame structure and a system of quick-adjusting micro buckles.
