Especially suitable for placing on cylinders any charge where you want to ensure it isn't lost, whether due to faulty valves or an accidental opening of a valve during transport, handling, or storage. It is particularly recommended when storing cylinders with mixtures rich in helium. Due to the small size of the molecules of this expensive gas, it is more likely that some of the charge will be lost from a cylinder stored for an extended period.
