The Wide Angle Dome Lens for the SportDiver attaches to the smartphone housing with its 52 mm threaded attachment to the SportDiver SL081 lens adapter. The lens can also be mounted on other underwater cameras and housings using a 52 mm threaded attachment. This increases the field of view of the phone or camera with 43%, allowing photographers to get two times closer to the subject.

The design of the SportDiver wide-angle turret lens uses high-quality optics arranged in an array of 4 elements/4 groups, delivering sharp edge-to-edge sharpness. The internal elements are made of fully multi-coated optical glass. The Wide Angle Dome Lens is made of optical polycarbonate with a hard, anti-scratch coating.

The lens has an effective focal length of 18.2 mm film equivalent when used with a 26 mm phone or camera lens. The lens is waterproof up to 60m.
